Processing and delivery

Orders dispatch the same day whenever possible, and otherwise within 1 business day. US delivery is a fast 2-day service for most addresses. You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Rates

Shipping is a flat $15 per order. Orders over $200 ship free.

Packaging and stability

Products ship in plain, discreet packaging. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature in transit; refrigerate or freeze on arrival per the storage guidance on each product page.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivery but the package is missing, contact us at info@shopverum.com within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. For shipments lost by the carrier we will work with you on reshipment.

Returns

Because product integrity cannot be guaranteed once a vial leaves our control, we cannot accept returns of research reagents. All sales are final, with these exceptions: if we shipped the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or the lot certificate does not match the product, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price.

Refused or undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us as refused or undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; carrier reshipment costs apply.
