These terms govern all purchases from Verum Peptides ("Verum", "we", "us") at shopverum.com. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Research use only

All products are sold exclusively for laboratory and in vitro research use, as set out in our Research Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these terms. We may refuse or cancel any order we believe is intended for any other purpose.

2. Eligibility

Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and qualified researchers or purchasing on behalf of a research organization. We may request verification before fulfilling an order.

3. Ordering and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is collected through our secure hosted payment processor; no card details are entered on or stored by this site. An order is accepted when it is dispatched.

4. Shipping

Shipping terms, timelines, and our policy on lost or undeliverable shipments are set out in Shipping & Returns.

5. Returns

Because our products are research reagents whose integrity cannot be guaranteed once they leave our control, all sales are final except as described in Shipping & Returns (damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming items).

6. Product quality

Each production lot is third-party tested, and its certificate of analysis is available from the vial's NFC tag and the product page. Our sole obligation for any non-conforming product is replacement or refund of the purchase price.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, product photography, and branding, belongs to Verum and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verum's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any damages arising from use of products contrary to these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which the order is fulfilled, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
